Leaders from across the institution interact in order to highlight the interdependence between the different areas and produce immediate actions after each of the 4 project modules. In partnership with HR and / or the institution's Directors, each module is linked to a workshop in which participants create their own alternatives and build action plans to apply the concepts to their reality.
