Project Phoenix: Low-Cost Competency Management

Affordable solutions for Philanthropic Hospitals, aligning excellence in people management with quality certifications.

Competency Management

Currently it is the best model and the best management tool existing not only in the health sector, but also in the best companies in the market.

This model establishes clear criteria for constructing the Job Profiles by Competencies (Old job description). From this construction, it is established together with a Strategic Committee of the institution, Performance Evaluation Methodology for Leadership and Operational positions and Feedback tools, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), etc.

Our model is already formatted to meet the criteria of National and International Quality Certifications

Social Responsibility Project

The GCPEC® is also part of the Phoenix Project, taking affordable solutions for Santas Casas and Philanthropic Hospitals. With this tool, people management becomes more efficient and aligned with quality certifications, without compromising the institution's budget.

Philanthropic Hospitals

Competency Management

One golden opportunity to economically make implementation costs viable (HR Consulting + Skills Software)

FATOR RH, in partnership with the Federations of Philanthropic Hospitals in Brazil, created a “Phoenix Accountability Project” exclusive for Santas Casas, OSS and philanthropic institutions

Step by step:

5 vacancies are available per year and interested institutions register to compete for one of these vacancies.

The winners receive all HR support from FATOR RH to implement the competency model at an extremely low cost.

The institution now has access to the best HR consultancy and a computerized system to manage the entire skills program within the institution.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Project has this affordable value for two important reasons:

a) It is part of the actions of “Social Responsibility” from FATOR RH for the development of HR professionalization in the Health area.

b) The Project has “Maximum Number” of participating institutions per year (Limit: up to 05).

Only healthcare institutions that are demonstrably philanthropic and have at least one Human Resources Manager on their staff may apply to participate in the Phoenix Project.

Simply fill out the form at the end of this page and wait for the detailed information to be sent (including prices, deadlines, and the content of the consultancy) along with the “Official Forms” to register for one of the 5 annual vacancies that we make available to interested parties.

FATOR RH reserves the right to approve or reject requests made by philanthropic institutions interested in the Phoenix project, according to its internal criteria, with no possibility of appeals or legal discussion regarding this final opinion.

Once approved for joining the Project, the institution will be officially notified by FATOR RH, which will formalize the sending of a service provision contract, which must be returned within 10 business days under penalty of automatic cancellation of the institution's participation in said project.
