Dynamic Learning for
Health LeadersInnovative training and interactive games that develop skills, strengthen teams and improve professional performance.
Nurses leave college as bosses, but not as leaders. And this gap can stay with them for a long time, creating significant difficulties for the professional. This project, one of FATOR RH's most renowned, has been taught for over 20 years and has already trained over 30,000 professionals with an average approval rating of 97% satisfaction.
Imagine exploring the diverse skills required for high professional performance in a fun, challenging, and engaging way... This is the proposal of Resgate em Moa-Moa: a team immersed in a 20m² setting for over an hour, working in an experiential way for accelerated learning, based on the concepts of neuroscience.
Leaders from across the institution interact to highlight the interdependence between the various areas and produce immediate actions after each of the four project modules. In partnership with HR and/or the institution's Board of Directors, each module is coupled with a workshop in which participants create their own alternatives and build action plans to apply the concepts to their reality.
Based on the company's own specific skills, this board game is ideal for presenting or reinforcing the concepts, definitions and importance of these skills in the performance of each professional. A fun and at the same time very efficient way to retain knowledge.
Recommended for strengthening teams in quality concepts, making them use and understand the importance of quality tools in their daily professional routine. Concepts such as interdependence, time management, flowcharts, process optimization, performance indicators, among others, are part of this enjoyable experience that ends with each participant's commitment to planning and implementing improvements in their own work processes.
Tailored for the medical public, this project addresses skills and abilities currently expected for these professionals to communicate more assertively, make sound management decisions, manage conflicts and manage processes more effectively with tools such as DISC (Leadership Skills Inventory)
