Implementing a People Management model involves much more than implementing a computer program. It is often necessary to change people’s mindsets – especially leaders’ – to adopt a new way of understanding and acting in relation to their own performance and the performance of their subordinates. Before choosing a software, it is necessary to define the strategy and build the intelligence of the process, with the help of consultants specialized in the health area, who are well aware of the particularities and challenges of the area. The consultancy will help to define more clearly: who is the leader in this institution? Who is the leader of whom? How many subordinates does each leader have? Will he be able to carry out the process with this number of subordinates? What else is involved in this management model besides the performance evaluation carried out once a year? Competency-Based Management was born as a project that needed internal sponsorship. If it were just something built by HR, unfortunately the project would be met with great resistance from managers. In addition, we also offer other update options such as TXT and import spreadsheets.
One of FATOR RH's major differentiators is working towards the institution's autonomy, without creating dependence on our clients. Therefore, during the implementation process, we transferred all of our know-how to the hospital's HR and Competency Committee, so that they can stand on their own two feet, without chronic dependence on FATOR RH. Even so, the FATOR RH team remains remotely after the implementation, supporting and guiding HR in any difficulties, whether with the system or with the institution's internal processes.
